本論文為利用Arduino Due微處理器建置電子琴自動彈奏系統，論文的研究主軸是撰寫Arduino Due微處理器編譯程式，自動辯識自己編輯的Guido音樂標識碼(Guido Music Notation (GMN) Code)，使Arduino Due微處理器能控制電磁閥的作動，進而自動彈奏電子琴。首先，利用UMix Music APP哼歌作曲手機應用程式產生MIDI code，將MIDI code透過MuseScore製譜軟體轉換成MusicXML code，再將MusicXML code透過xml2guido軟體轉換成GMN code，最後利用Arduino Due微處理器撰寫能自動

辯識歌曲GMN碼的編譯程式，即完成自動彈奏電子琴之設計。目前已經有很多種電子琴自動彈奏的系統 (或稱鋼琴機械人)，應用的原理都很類似，但大多都非常昂貴，而本論文所建置的鋼琴機械人，系統很簡單且裝置費用便宜，只需要電磁閥與永久磁鐵及一個Arduino Due微處理器，就能自動彈奏電子琴，適合初級電子琴自動彈奏的系統的建置與研究。
