For this video, we went down to Fairprice Xtra at Parkway Parade to EAT A MASSIVE SUPERMARKET Feast! Been a while since I've done something like that and this Fairprice Xtra has a new concept where there is an in-house kitchen, dining area, cocktail bar & coffee shop.

The kitchen managed by Bantong Seafood, will cook any fresh food you select in the store and cook it for you on the spot. They also have a fixed menu for you to choose from, ranging from Fish & Chips to Fried Rice.

For my challenge, I ordered a host of items from the fixed menu together with fresh food like a whole fish that was gutted and cooked for me and a premium snow-aged Wagyu steak.

The standout dishes would be the snow aged Wagyu Steak and Hybrid Grouper. The steak was wonderfully marbled and extremely appealing to the eye. Bantong seared it expertly to medium rare while basting it in butter. It was very sweet and tender, almost like butter with meaty notes. Even eating the fatty parts of the ribeye was amazing, truly melting in your mouth.

The Hybrid Grouper is actually a specially bred breed of grouper by Singapore's own aquaculture company, Apollo Marine. It was thick and full of plump meaty flesh. Steamed whole and dressed in a Chinese-style soy dressing, each mouthful of fish was bursting with flavour.

I do recommend trying their chicken poppers as well, deep fried to perfection with a nice sweet & savoury glazed on the exterior.

The research study was conducted by including two groups, a total of 239 valid responses were collected from the control group, whereas 309 valid responses were collected from the experimental group. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed to analyze the

data using SPSS AMOS. The results showed beauty and environmental consciousness, as well as attitude and perceived value as mediating variables playing an important role in the purchase of organic skincare products in Indonesia and Vietnam. In addition, this study also found that green messages that

trigger consumer beauty, health, and environmental consciousness can lead to positive consumer behavior toward sustainable organic skincare products.

Intellectual capital (IC) is something that the companies might overlook, where it actually brings a huge impact on the research and development (R&D) efficiency and marketability efficiency to companies, especially the companies that heavily rely on innovation to serve as their competitive advanta

ge to stand out from their competitors and make their products or services distinct from their competitors. The main purpose of this study is to empirically examine the impact of IC on R&D efficiency and marketability efficiency of the global innovating companies from 2016 to 2020 by applying two-st

age dynamic network data envelopment analysis (DEA). The results of the study shows that the companies from US region and the companies from information technology sector and health care sector have a relatively higher performance for IC, R&D efficiency and marketability efficiency in general. Over

the five-year period, only eight companies are both R&D and marketability efficient. Human capital is the only component that is significantly related to R&D efficiency, while human capital and structural capital are significantly related to marketability efficiency. Overall, this study shows the im

portance of IC could bring impacts on R&D efficiency and marketability efficiency to the global innovating companies. This study concludes by describing the limitations of the current study and possible directions for the study in the future.
