AOI系統在產業界中應用廣泛,市面上販售套裝式AOI檢測應用模組,針對不同檢測需求所使用硬體不同且價格差異甚大,本研究探討使用開源及低成本的方式建構AOI系統,本系統使用EOS 90D相機做圖像拍攝,相機解析度達32.5MP並自行選擇鏡頭,達到不同的FOV,圖像處理及相關演算使用Python語法與OpenCV視覺庫做處理,藉由產線取得的車外鏡片樣品來測試此AOI系統之準確度。本研究探討主題分為三個部分,第一部份擷取相機所拍攝的圖像並做影像處理其中包含雜訊濾波及圖像二值化,第二部份運用電腦計算處理後圖像之重心,依照重心所繪製出垂直及水平線,進而向外擴展抓取圖像邊緣之矩形,第三部份使用Pytho

n程式依據矩形尺寸做判定比較,並計算出符合及不符合之圖像。藉由研究之結果,未來藉由導入I/O功能即可成為Online AOI取代了傳統人工檢測的方法,使在產線流動的產品即時進行判別,降低人工判斷之不良率且可24小時連續的運作,不僅減少人工檢測的資源,工廠也朝向工業4.0的腳步邁進。

道路綠化是城市環境中重要部分,也是民眾最常接觸的城市公共活動空間,對其進行定量評價具有重要意義,以反映出民眾對人行道綠地的實際感受。 本研究採用綠視率(Visible Green Index, VGI)評估指標,將綠化關注層次從二維平面提升至三維空間之綠量可視性定量研究,並以臺中市八期重劃區之市區道路人行道為研究調查對象,採實際拍攝方式調查分析綠視率與綠化模式。觀測設備採用Canon EOS 5D全畫幅數碼單眼相機,鏡頭焦距調整至24mm拍攝高度在1.5m位置進行4向景觀拍攝,輔以滾輪測距儀量測間隔50m觀測點,並依研究學者折原夏志對綠視率景觀評價級別進行說明。 臺中市八
