為了預防非洲豬瘟的入侵,台灣已有數個縣市開始禁止廚餘養豬,造成廚餘與豆渣的去化面臨嚴重的問題,而黑水虻 (Black soldier fly)為一種腐生性的水虻科昆蟲,能夠分解吸收環境周遭的有機物,因此本研究利用黑水虻幼蟲做為去化豆腐渣的方法。然而由於豆腐渣的品質將會影響到幼蟲的生長狀況,因此本研究測試添加不同的有效微生物添加量、不同的預處理方法包含滅菌與添加有效微生物菌液、及不同基質混合比例,評估哪種飼養模式能有效地提升黑水虻幼蟲去化黑水虻的效率。實驗結果發現在豆腐渣中添加有效微生物菌與混合不同基質皆能夠提升黑水虻幼蟲的成長表現。混合使用有效微生物一號菌(乳酸菌、光合菌為主)與有效微生物六

號菌(光合菌)的效果會明顯優於使用單一種類的菌液,添加40%一號菌及六號菌可以將黑水虻幼蟲生物轉化率從9.51±0.17%提升至11.81±0.20%。而豆渣混合不同基質的效果則比單一豆渣飼養來的更佳,在60%豆渣和40%博卡西的比例下,生物轉化率從11.81±0.20%拉升至12.72±0.02%。若是豆渣因為存放時間過久發生腐敗現象,腐敗菌已占主導優勢,因此直接添加有效微生物菌或是高溫滅菌仍然無法提升黑水虻幼蟲的生長,但是先將腐敗的豆渣經過高壓滅菌處理後再添加有效微生物菌,則能明顯提升黑水虻幼蟲的生長表現,生物轉化率從9.51±0.17%上升到10.72±0.13%。不過高壓滅菌與添加有效

微生物菌需要額外投入時間與成本,是否適合大規模商業應用,仍需進行更多的研究才能加以評估。
