阿茲海默症是一種無法治癒的精神性疾病，為了延緩或預防疾病，早期發現阿茲海默症很重要。本篇論文運用靜息態的功能性磁振造影中的血氧濃度相依對比訊號來預測阿茲海默症，功能性磁振造影為一種神經影像技術，記錄血液中含氧濃度及血液變化所產生的訊號改變。本論文使用預處理工具將功能性磁振造影對齊校正，接下來利用獨立成分分析方法自動分割大腦區域，並針對不同分割區域訓練各個卷積神經網路模型，進而從各個訓練好的模型中利用特徵擷取和特徵再訓練，預測患者是否罹患阿茲海默症。 傳統 seed-based 方法分析阿茲海默症需要手動標記種子位置，而本論文使用獨立成分分析方法(ICA)，此方法能自動分割大

腦中與阿茲海默症相關的區域。本論文分別針對不同 ICA 區域訓練分類器，據此結果分析得到對於預測阿茲海默症較重要的 ICA 區域。目前現有方法都是要收集更多訓練資料才能有不錯的結果，與以往文獻提出的方法不同，本論文所提訓練方法可以用在訓練資料量不大的數據上依然能有不錯的準確率，基於單一 ICA 區域預測阿茲海默症的準確率可接近95%。
