本研究旨在分析在對指數股票型基金進行投資時,分別以定期定額投資及整筆投資的情況下,績效是否會有差異。本研究針對國內指數股票型基金元大臺灣卓越50證券投資信託基金(以下簡稱“台灣50ETF”)及國外指數股票型基金Vanguard整體股市ETF(以下簡稱“VTI”),蒐集2006年1月至2020年12月之考量除權息後之每月末交易日還原股價,並設定不同投資期限,包括1年、5年、10年及15年,分別計算定期定額投資及單筆總額投資的持有期間年化報酬,後計算各投資期限下報酬之標準差,比較兩投資方式之間是否有差異。實證結果如下:投資期間越長,單筆總額投資的年化報酬率勝過定期定額投資的比例越高。而單筆總額投

資之年化報酬率標準差亦大於定期定額投資之年化報酬率標準差。而這樣的結果在台灣50ETF及VTI這兩個標的是相同的。

未注意車前狀況一直在肇事原因中居於首位,且呈現逐年上升的趨勢,就交通改善原理其具有高度集中性質,值得讓人探究其背後的潛藏因素,本研究藉由蒐集肇事原因分析、肇事原因鑑定相關文獻回顧,探討肇事發生過程的原理,將駕駛的感知反應時間予以具體化,建立一套肇事原因分析的原理方法,據以作為本研究理論,配合國道105年至107年國道A1事故卷證進行實證調查,透過交通行為重建進行肇事潛因比對,結果發現潛因有環境影響因素、駕駛生理因素與注意力資源分散,有單一肇事潛在因素與多重肇事潛在因素,針對潛因研究結果,在多重肇事潛因中提出優先歸責的原理,找出優先歸責的因子,另外針對肇事潛因分析的結果,分別針對用路人、車輛工

程、道路工程及潛因調查制度上提出安全改善的策略。
