機械代理人(robot surrogate)指的是代理操控者藉由遠距監控系統傳達任務指令去控制遠端機械手臂的機器人系統;本研究建造出一台改良型的機械代理人系統;硬體部分,本研究針對節能與提升馬達性能表現的考慮,提出一項結合雙剛性彈簧阻尼器的扭矩最佳化設計及方法,採用類比型連桿控制器提升控制流暢度並加以實驗驗證,目標在優化開迴路機械代理人控制系統的方式,加以提升機械代理人系統驅動機控制性能表現。如何傳送擷取控制者的動作訊息,經通訊傳送去控制機器人是本研究的關鍵重點技術之一。另外,機械代理人的機構組件上通常會搭載各式探測器將信號傳回操控者,使控制者對遠端機器人的感覺能更擬真,本研究設計採用且接近

手掌尺寸的外骨骼機構結合多組關節用角度感應器來達到動作擷取的功能,設計特點為可藉由利用空間連桿分析理論使外骨骼控制系統更精準,使控制者能較直覺地在較小的工作空間進行控制,使操控環境更廣泛,應用範圍更多元,經濟實用。機械代理人的控制與驅動部分,本研究採用伺服馬達架設系統驅動組件;基於所採用的伺服馬達利用可變電阻回授做定位檢知。由於考慮機器人在高負載時,重力對系統的振動和加速度的影響。因此,本研究更進一步進行採用重力緩衝器包括雙剛性彈簧阻尼的組件於接近較大負載的驅動馬達的連桿接頭處,在經過預壓參數最佳化分析與設定組裝後,在高負載時驅動馬達動力負載經分析與實驗發現有明顯減輕與改善。本研究藉由運動模擬

分析、機械緩衝組件的最佳化與設計組裝、遙控介面的測試應用、類比型動作指令控制器的設計等組合成實驗型機械代理人系統,由機構模擬與實驗分析顯示具有直覺式輕便操控的創意與節能的明顯改善,本研究的成果可以提供實際機械代理人設計發展的參考。
