近幾年來隨著觀光旅遊業及國際商業的發展，泰國與台灣交流的機會不斷增多，而語言為文化交流的最重要工具，然而目前在泰國的華語文化教學及台灣文化教學大致局限於表層文化，而且學習華語的泰籍生很少關注台灣的深層文化，尤其是台灣人對於泰國或泰國人的觀點。若泰籍生能夠知道台灣人如何看待泰國或泰國人，將有助降低其與台灣人溝通交流時因文化上無知、誤解或衝突所造成的消極心理反應，並能夠進一步與台灣人進行更有意義且有效率的溝通交流，甚至可破除台灣人對於泰國或泰國人的偏見或誤解。台灣網路新聞能夠反應台灣當時對於泰國或泰國人的認知與觀點。就電子報而言，其具有真實性、準確性及完備性。本研究因此以電子報爲教學素材，以期培
