當今的服務業中一直追求提供良好的服務，但是在服務傳遞的過程中，過多或不必要的服務，並不適用於每位消費者，而是要去了解消費者真正的需求，適當的服務才是消費者所能接受的。因此，不斷去達到或超越消費者的期待提供了消費者原本不需要的服務，進而產生負面的感受稱之為「過度服務」。其中，過度服務與消費者再購意願之間的關係，與企業盈利高度相關，故值得我們去探究。連鎖H火鍋餐廳自2015年開始進軍台灣市場，各家媒體均陸續報導其超五星級的特色服務，但近幾年在台灣的研究發現「超五星級的特色服務」存在著過度服務的現象，故選定連鎖H火鍋餐廳進行過度服務與再購意願的研究。本研究採用網路問卷方式，回收有效問卷289份，加
