【電子レンジで作るバターチキンカレー】
今日は、電子レンジであっという間に作れる『バターチキンカレー』を作りました。材料を入れたら電子レンジにお任せするだけなので、この上ない簡単さ!!

近年來台灣食品安全問題,不斷浮出檯面廣為傳播,甚至影響台灣國際形象,從瘦肉精、塑化劑、黑心油、鎘米,飼料米混充充食用白米等。加工產品因為有添加物,政府有嚴格設立標準規範。大自然所恩賜的蔬果,是為了要使人們身體更加健康。由於市場行銷、消費者心態,蔬果外觀越來越要求精美無暇,這也代表種植農民必須施加更多化學農藥來避免蟲害,才可致果實及蔬菜外觀更加完美,以利販售。農品採收蔬果未確實做到安全期採收,便有農藥殘留疑慮。為此政府制定相關法規,把關消費者安全。資訊爆炸時代來臨,消費者對於蔬果農藥殘留危機意識逐漸抬頭。減少農藥殘留資訊也如雨後春筍不斷顯現。這都是消費者對於蔬果農藥殘留的重視,而非以往單純購買

農產品,追求吃得健康、吃的安全。然而政府機關流程繁複,要確實貼切民眾蔬果農藥殘留產品把關,實為緩慢。因此,販售蔬果零售商成為第一線保護消費者食品安全的守門員。 本研究以購買蔬果農藥檢測超市之消費者為研究對象,發放問卷方式了解消費者對於蔬果農藥殘留產品涉入之程度、知覺產生的風險以及面對販售蔬果零售商進行農藥檢驗之企業形象,作為探討。消費者對於零售商提供自行檢驗蔬果農藥殘留報告,與其企業形象具有正向影響。產品涉入的程度較高,知覺風險相對較低,會選擇至有蔬果農藥檢驗零售商通路購買產品。此研究可建議蔬果販售商對於設立農藥檢驗實驗室必要性。並給予蔬果通路商作為產品與企業形象行銷策略及經營管理之參考。研

究方法採問卷方式進行調查,使用SPSS軟體進行資料統計與分析,以驗證本研究假說。
