本研究以高雄地區之興達港為例,進行三季(秋、冬及春季)之大氣粒狀物採樣分析,以探討不同粒徑之重金屬成份特徵,並利用本土漁業用船指紋資料進行污染源分析。研究結果顯示,興達港之秋季大氣粒狀物之質量粒徑分布以PM10-2.5濃度最高,其次為PM>18及PM TB(2.53 ± 0.15%)。三季之六種金屬之總致癌風險值,以秋季(1.24×10-4) >冬季 (8.53×10-5) >春季 (2.77×10-6),且皆已超過可接受風險值(10-6)。興達港大氣PM之金屬污染源利用APCS受體模式推估為移動源(車輛/船舶)排放(37.10−48.92%)、鋼構電銲金屬燻煙排放(19.68−34.42

%)、金屬表面噴漆(12.34−16.24 %)、燃燒排放(6.32−13.12%)及五金製程(9.04−16.31%)。值得注意,在考慮污染源之風向,船舶排放源推估約占13%之貢獻量。

本論文為研製25GBaud短距離多通道光收發電路,首先考量電路中所使用的垂直共振腔面射型雷射(VCSEL)元件特性,分析在廣泛的操作溫度下的光功率、光波長、頻率響應及眼圖,以確保其特性符合傳輸需求。光發射電路上使用四通道雷射驅動器以驅動垂直共振腔面射型雷射,在接收端使用檢光二極體(PD)及轉阻放大器(TIA),收發端均加上資料與時脈回復電路(CDR)以克服在印刷電路板中差動訊號線傳輸阻抗不匹配所引起寄生電容效應,以及設計多電容濾波電路濾除高頻雜訊,使傳輸性能最佳化。 使用字串長度215-1 的25Gb/s訊號饋入光發射端之NRZ調變眼圖,測得上升時間為22.8ps、下降時間為26.9p

s、峰值抖動為11ps,遮罩餘裕達40%以上。經TDECQ測試50Gb/s PAM4調變眼圖為2.73dB,可符合200GBase-SR4規範。在光接收端之NRZ調變訊號下,四通道的誤碼率皆能小於10-12以下,使用PAM4調變訊號亦能獲得清晰眼圖,可達成200G資料傳輸應用。
