現今智慧型手機已相當普及，網路的寬頻技術也相當成熟，帶動網際網路相關的科技發展，而近年來行動支付的發展也日漸成為一項新的「支付」潮流趨勢。根據2018年1月資策會產業情報所（MIC）發佈的《台灣行動支付消費者調查》，指出台灣曾經使用過行動支付的人，在過去兩年內從19％增加到將近40％，正式走入行動支付元年，最終目標是讓每個人在何時何地都能利用行動支付快速付款，成為電子商務中重要的里程碑。本研究利用知覺價值理論（Perceived Value）作為理論基礎，探討行動支付中的獎勵回饋是否會影響使用者的知覺價值，並從使用者的角度探討知覺價值與行動支付獎勵回饋的關聯性。了解行動支付如何透過獎勵回饋方

案與使用者產生正向的影響，並讓使用者願意長期使用並願意增加使用次數與消費金額，進而了解使用者的採用意願。採用網路問卷調查法，總共回收有效問卷578份。本研究發現以下三點：一、獎勵回饋中「優惠折扣」「現金回饋」「紅利點數」最受使用者喜愛。二、行動支付中的獎勵回饋影響使用者「享樂性」價值較多。三、使用者的採用意願會受到自身「功利性」價值的影響。
