汽車水箱罩的內部設計很多的格柵,在射出成型時常容易發生短射情形。此外,若產品在射出成型後產生嚴重的翹曲變形,可能造成後續成型無法順利組裝。本研究採用 Moldex3D R14 CAE 軟體進行分析與探討汽車水箱罩裝配位置之翹曲變形。分析結果發現當澆口數目設計成五個,將不會發生短射,且翹曲變形_x 方向位移值為最小。進一步優化成型參數,使翹曲變形_x 方向位移值降至最低。分析結果也顯示,經過調整成型參數:包含熔膠溫度、模具溫度、射出速率、保壓壓力、保壓時間及冷卻時間等等,是可以有效的改善翹曲變形。最終找到最佳製程參數對翹曲位移量優化解決對策,發現影響翹曲變形之最重要因素為保壓時間,調整適當保

壓時間能避免過度體積收縮造成嚴重的翹曲變形問題,假如是均勻的體積收縮,是不會產生嚴重的翹曲變形,反之,則會有嚴重的翹曲變形產生。

進口轎車車款除了擁有品味與完美的意涵在,對於消費者而言也是階級與品味的象徵,在目前發展成熟的汽車銷售市場而言,消費者對於汽車需求以及品質要求也逐漸提高,而在穩定的消費市場上各進口轎車廠牌除了保持原有的購買群外也開始注意到年輕族群消費能力,因此本研究目的有以下三點:(1)探討進口高級轎車潛在族群的需求與觀點。(2)探討進口高級轎車正面車頭造形風格及其造形手法。(3)透過造形風格定位分析與型態分析歸納本研究各品牌定位與品牌間之差異。研究中,透過問卷調查與語意差異評量實驗收集年輕消費者對於進口轎車圖片的看法與感受,對於產品偏好方面,受測者對於進口高級轎車品牌偏好排序是BENZ > BMW > LE
