幼兒園學習區導入STEAM教育之歷程探究摘 要本研究旨在幼兒園學習區導入STEAM教育之歷程作探究,首先透過研討會、增能研習、學者輔導與STEM教育認證課程,建立教師對STEAM教育的基本認識,然後在學習區導入教師根據幼兒生活經驗預設的STEAM課程主題,藉由PDCA教學策略來進行STEAM教育課程。歷經四個月的研究歷程,研究者發現,師生在認知、行為上皆有所成長,在幼兒方面:幼兒由單純在學習區工作操作,已會思考「為甚麼?」、「要怎麼做?」、「我們來試試看」,也學會與同儕討論分享作設計圖,並且延伸使用鬆散材料區的多元素材配件,發展出建構性遊戲行為。且在操作過程中會與同儕互動討論合作解決問題,

儼然已成長進入合作遊戲行為為主,亦即在此歷程中可發現: 一、討論分享的歷程發展出幼兒語言表達能力﹔二、小組合作促進幼兒合作遊戲行為﹔三、發揮教師鷹架及同儕鷹架的影響力﹔四、提升幼兒語文領域及社會領域的發展。而教師部分,在行為方面:一、急躁催促態度變成柔和鼓勵欣賞的態度;二、不再直接幫幼兒解決問題,而是提供幼兒鷹架,引導幼兒思考找出解決問題方法。在思維方面則為:一、會去思考如何引導幼兒課程活動,不再是餵養知識模式。二、導正STEAM教育認知,不是想像中的艱深困難,因而樂於實施STEAM教育。三、勾起教師教學熱誠,激發教師教的反思。 最後,根據本研究的研究結果,對幼兒園教師、對幼兒園園所以及未來

對於心理失衡的現象,如果能更加以警惕,從中尋求規律,並且探索些有效 可行的指導性舉措,增加心理平衡的覺知與方法,就可以讓人們幸福感提升,回 復到原有的平靜,「內心平衡狀態」。自我訴說的管道輔以榮格的心理學說能幫助 指導並提出一些規律和可行性的對策及建議,幫助提升自身心理平衡管理能力。與弗氏的精神分析相比,榮格的分析心理學,也可以說是深層心理學,更集 中於探討集體無意識的層面,認為心理失衡的原因不僅是個體無意識層面慾望的 衝突,而更多在於集體無意識層面的分裂。換言之,個體心理之失衡是由於個體 的集體無意識層面的整合未能充分展開所致,是個體本性的自然發展受到了阻 礙,而不單單只是自我發展內在力量

的衝突。集體無意識的概念是指所有人們本 能持有的深層無意識模式,作為一種普遍和必要的、精神生活存在和出現的先天 條件,集體無意識成為最依賴本體論的力量和所有人們的活動中心。在榮格心理學中,了解自我自性化是有效建立心理平衡的途徑和最終目的。 而在自性化的過程中,不免會經歷到痛苦的感受過程,如果以逃避或是壓抑負面 的體驗,那麼將會遭遇自性化組成的相互抵觸而導致失衡。相較之下,人們對於 正面的感受是接納與追求的,在這兩極的體驗當中,「整合」卻是面對自己、人 際關係上及社會適應能力更加協調,更重要且更為必要的一個過程。本文試圖從自我訴說和榮格心理學說兩方面出發,解釋平衡管理理論對於心 理輔導的重要意義
