由於現代社會生活壓力大,促進人們的放鬆對於提高日常生活品質非常重要, 因此這項研究提出了一種使用單聲道節拍的放鬆系統,來幫助促進人們的放鬆。為 有效促進放鬆,使用了生成 δ 波段、θ 波段和 α 波段頻率的單聲道節拍。為避免影 響人的活動,用於產生目標節拍的刺激聲音的頻率超出人的聽覺感知頻率範圍。為 了檢查所提出方法的性能,設計了一個主觀測試程序,並採用了 ANOVA F 檢驗 和成對樣本 t 檢驗。ANOVA F 在 δ 和 α 單聲道節拍下的實驗放鬆度結果均顯 著優於對照條件下的放鬆度結果,且 δ 的放鬆度效果顯著優於 θ 單聲道節拍的 鬆弛效果。δ 波段、θ 波段和 α 波段中單聲道節

拍的 p 值分別為 0.0001、0.1195 和 0.0065。硬體驗證以及所設計的主觀放鬆度實驗結果顯示,本論文所提出的單聲道 節拍成功激發出超低頻腦波共振音頻,而且此音頻可以幫助刺激使用者達到一定 程度的放鬆效果。其中,無論評估的平均值、ANOVA F 組間比較、還是成對樣本 t 檢定,δ 波段的統計量都最高。因此,本論文所提出的隱藏式單聲道節拍可以有 效地幫助促進人們的放鬆,是一種符合現代社會生活型態的設計。
