以學生的作業成績預測其考試成績，以此來預測學生在下一次的考試狀況，若結果不佳則可即時得知，並且能夠在接下來的施教上加強學生對於課程與考試理解。因此，本實驗在個人電腦上執行的結果顯示，輔助批改系統之執行，平均每份作業批改之耗時可縮短至 20.35 秒，影像辨識在訓練集的部分可以達到 100% 的準確率，預測模型訓練集與測試集的準確率可以分別達到 74.44% 與 64.29%。

手寫中文字辨識問題與印刷體中文字辨識問題的發展歷史悠久，過去大多研究都侷限在以GB2312-80編碼的CASIA-HWDB簡體中文手寫資料集，缺少使用繁體中文資料集，主要原因是繁體中文資料集的資料量不足。過去的文獻中，手寫體與印刷體經常被分開辨識，但是中文字辨識同時有手寫體與印刷體的辨識需求。隨著人工智慧與機器學習的發展，生成對抗網路能產生出非常逼真的影像，而卷積神經網路常被用於不同的辨識問題中。本研究的目的是使用現有的繁體中文手寫資料集混合印刷體資料，利用生成對抗網路的特性產生擬真的資料以擴展資料集，彌補繁體中文資料量的不足，最後使用卷積神經網路進行辨識，在經過多次實驗改良卷積神經網路的模

型後，準確率可以達到93.99%。
