本論文著重於電磁場模擬模擬軟體分析與設計於前瞻應用,可以透過虛擬設計有效減少研究開發中的嘗試錯誤。將Ansys有限元素分析及電路分析軟體導入電力電子的研究領域,研究包含電感性元件的參數萃取、雜散電感設計、馬達設計及非線性導磁材料的參數分析;隨後以數位訊號處理器(DSP-TMS320F28075)做為控制核心,建構測試平台以驗證協同模擬分析與設計的有效性。首先,將Q3D與Simplorer的協同分析導入以設計一只風電用單相功率組,使並聯路徑的雜散電感值接近達到良好的均流特性,並以定電流斜率的方式驗證雜散電感值。於輸入電壓1000V的雙脈衝測試下,功率組之三並聯IGBT模組於兩倍額定電流(240

0A)時最大不均流比例低於1%,因此總電流的降額定可以被降低,改善功率組的電流利用率及功率密度。此外,為了克服馬達於重載時的高度磁飽和,使用Maxwell 2D軟體於馬達設計以最大化磁飽和分析的精準度,並進行退磁分析以確保設計有效性,利用Toolkit產生的性能圖以觀察馬達的轉矩速度曲線是否符合需求。本文分別設計工業用與車用馬達。以低成本的非稀土磁石設計永磁輔助型同步磁阻馬達(PMASynRM),改善同步磁阻馬達(SynRM)的輸出功率、定功率區範圍及功率因數,以ABB SynRM作為對照組驗證所設計PMASynRM的優點,其額定功率及轉速分別為4kW及1500轉;另外設計一應用於電動車之內置

磁石永磁同步馬達(IPMSM),設計磁石與磁障安置並加入中央磁障以提升磁阻轉矩,增加磁石體積提升電磁轉矩。在AVL的動力平台驗證所設計IPMSM的有效性,其最大輸出功率及轉速的實測結果可達到140kW及14000轉。最後,本文將電磁場輔助設計軟體應用(Maxwell 3D)於電磁爐以分析導磁鍋具的非線性阻抗特性,且以串聯RLC諧振電路的自然諧振電流推導鍋具的等效阻抗,以MATLAB/PCIM模擬軟體及基頻阻抗的實測值驗證所提偵測鍋具等效負載的方式。建構一只額定功率1000W半橋串聯諧振電路以驗證所提估測方式,並使用非對稱脈波寬度調變(APWM)進行功率控制,所提控制方式能有效地線上偵測鍋具狀態
