電動車因具備高能源效率及低排碳特性已成為未來車輛發展的主流趨勢,而規劃先進的充電站系統與發展可行的電能控制方案以降低對電網的衝擊則是加速實現車輛全面電動化的重要基礎。本文針對整合再生能源發電及混合式儲能系統的併網型充電站提出了一個以直流匯流排為基礎的系統電能控制方案並分析系統中各組件的容量規劃與運轉成本的關係。所提電能控制方案中規劃有三個充電站運轉模式,即獨立運轉、併網充電及併網放電模式。系統工作時是以混合式儲能系統的電量狀態作為充電站運轉模式之切換依據。所提電能控制方案之目標是達到最大程度降低充電站對配電系統的負面衝擊。本文首先回顧了文獻中已提出之充電站系統架構與控制方法,接著針對有關充電

本論文著重於電磁場模擬模擬軟體分析與設計於前瞻應用,可以透過虛擬設計有效減少研究開發中的嘗試錯誤。將Ansys有限元素分析及電路分析軟體導入電力電子的研究領域,研究包含電感性元件的參數萃取、雜散電感設計、馬達設計及非線性導磁材料的參數分析;隨後以數位訊號處理器(DSP-TMS320F28075)做為控制核心,建構測試平台以驗證協同模擬分析與設計的有效性。首先,將Q3D與Simplorer的協同分析導入以設計一只風電用單相功率組,使並聯路徑的雜散電感值接近達到良好的均流特性,並以定電流斜率的方式驗證雜散電感值。於輸入電壓1000V的雙脈衝測試下,功率組之三並聯IGBT模組於兩倍額定電流(240

0A)時最大不均流比例低於1%,因此總電流的降額定可以被降低,改善功率組的電流利用率及功率密度。此外,為了克服馬達於重載時的高度磁飽和,使用Maxwell 2D軟體於馬達設計以最大化磁飽和分析的精準度,並進行退磁分析以確保設計有效性,利用Toolkit產生的性能圖以觀察馬達的轉矩速度曲線是否符合需求。本文分別設計工業用與車用馬達。以低成本的非稀土磁石設計永磁輔助型同步磁阻馬達(PMASynRM),改善同步磁阻馬達(SynRM)的輸出功率、定功率區範圍及功率因數,以ABB SynRM作為對照組驗證所設計PMASynRM的優點,其額定功率及轉速分別為4kW及1500轉;另外設計一應用於電動車之內置

磁石永磁同步馬達(IPMSM),設計磁石與磁障安置並加入中央磁障以提升磁阻轉矩,增加磁石體積提升電磁轉矩。在AVL的動力平台驗證所設計IPMSM的有效性,其最大輸出功率及轉速的實測結果可達到140kW及14000轉。最後,本文將電磁場輔助設計軟體應用(Maxwell 3D)於電磁爐以分析導磁鍋具的非線性阻抗特性,且以串聯RLC諧振電路的自然諧振電流推導鍋具的等效阻抗,以MATLAB/PCIM模擬軟體及基頻阻抗的實測值驗證所提偵測鍋具等效負載的方式。建構一只額定功率1000W半橋串聯諧振電路以驗證所提估測方式,並使用非對稱脈波寬度調變(APWM)進行功率控制,所提控制方式能有效地線上偵測鍋具狀態
