低功率紅光療法對手部肌肉疲勞影響之研究

運動會使肌肉疲勞和痠痛,可能導致隔天身體狀態不佳,因此需要有良好的緩解疲勞的方法。低功率低能量雷射(Low-Level Laser Therapy,簡稱LLLT)在醫療上有廣泛的應用。本研究招募19位成年男性參與者,以主觀的Borg CR10 Scale自我評估量表和肌肉耐力問卷探討運動強度,以客觀的表面肌電圖(Surface Electromyography,簡稱sEMG)探討運動前後,以不同LLLT刺激肱二頭肌的時間對緩解肌肉疲勞的效果。在實驗設計中,以最大自我收縮力量(Maximum Voluntary Contraction,簡稱MVC)之30%啞鈴當作負重,進行二回等長運動使肌肉疲

勞,雷射刺激位置在參與者之肌電貼片中間的位置。實驗組分別為:對照組(無雷射刺激)、運動前雷射刺激1分鐘組、運動前雷射刺激3分鐘組、運動前後雷射刺激3分鐘組,並同時在參與者進行等長運動期間收集參與者的肱二頭肌的肌電訊號,對參與者的肌電訊號疲勞指數均方根值(Root Mean Square,簡稱RMS)和平均頻率(Mean Frequency,簡稱MNF)進行簡單迴歸分析,比較各組實驗疲勞指數的斜率。結果顯示運動前雷射刺激1分鐘組、運動前雷射刺激3分鐘組的MNF斜率明顯低於對照組,且在統計上有差異。運動前雷射刺激1分鐘組緩解肌肉疲勞的效果大於運動前雷射刺激3分鐘組;而運動前後雷射刺激3分鐘組沒有明

顯效果。由上述結果證明LLLT可能能夠延遲肌肉疲勞,且運動前雷射刺激1分鐘緩解肌肉疲勞的效果最好,這些結果可以增加我們了解LLLT的機制和擴大臨床上的應用。

大氣壓化學游離質譜法和電噴灑游離質譜法可用於分析從低極性到高極性的分析物,因此能夠同時擁有兩種游離功能的游離源是相當理想的。本論文的主要目標是開發可用於分析具有不同極性和寬廣質量範圍的分析物之簡便質譜游離法。雖然現有大多數的游離方法需要利用到尖銳的導電金屬管/針做為游離噴灑器,但我們的研究發現平板和真實樣品即可直接用於輔助游離具有不同性質的分析物。在本論文的第一部分,我們證明利用鈦金屬平板或金鍍膜平板可用於輔助樣品游離,透過大氣壓化學游離法或電噴灑游離的過程對處於氣體、液體和固體形式的分析物進行游離。只需將樣品放在平板下方或平板上,可以直接將樣品中的分析物進行游離而由質譜分析。在平板上並沒有
