潮流一詞近年來成為台灣各大服裝雜誌的報導對象,也是目前服飾業討論的熱門焦點,而台灣服飾業的生態也因為這股新生的勢力產生變化。潮商品對於年輕消費族群來說,有難以抗拒的吸引力。跟著潮流品牌之發展,今日在街頭上愈來愈多潮流品牌服飾店出現。因此本研究的目的在探討以潮流服飾店為例,對顧客購買意願影響之研究,藉此了解品牌形象、口碑、顧客滿意度及知覺風險等因素考量下對購買意願的關係。針對本研究的品牌形象、口碑、顧客滿意度、知覺風險及購買意願參考中外學者的相關論述藉以發展本論文研究架構與進一步了解品牌形象、口碑、顧客滿意度、知覺風險對購買意願的影響。本研究在以有買過或對潮牌有認識的品牌為主要問卷調查對象,共

發出450份問卷,回收有效樣本共計373份,有效回收率82.9%,所得資料採用SPSS統計軟體進行資料處理與分析,統計方法包括敘述性統計、因素分析、信度與效度分析、交叉分析、人口統計變數與多元迴歸分析驗證其假設關係是否成立。經本研究實證發現品牌形象中的象徵性、顧客滿意度及知覺風險與購買意願之間均呈現顯著正向關係,品牌形象中的功能性、經驗性、口碑與購買意願並無顯著關係。綜合以上的結論,希望可提供潮牌服飾店者作為參考,對於潮牌服飾店的品牌形象、口碑、顧客滿意度、知覺風險與購買意願有所依據,並助於日後學術研究上相關之考量。
