現代網路購物漸漸成為購物的主流,比起實體店面網購不僅減少店租成本客群更多,使得傳統店面的運作及行銷策略備受挑戰。從資策會2016年調查發現,臺灣有66.4%人未來願意使用行動購物,其消費市場每年以20%幅度快速成長,由此可知研究網購消費行為具有極大重要性。由於網購環境、科技與使用習慣等因素極為複雜,而UTAUT2模型的較涵蓋到消費者之使用情境,故本研究採用UTAUT2模型為研究架構之基礎。其中包括:績效期望、努力期望、社會影響、促成條件、享樂動機、價格價值、習慣、行為意圖、實際行為等因素,本研究另增沉浸體驗及知覺風險等共11項變數。藉由多項環境刺激的因子以補足過去研究較少考量到網購情境動機的

缺口,期使網路購物行為研究更趨完整。由於,過去網購行為文獻仍鮮少整合多個理論模型以探討「軍人」與「非軍人」網購行為。本研究依據文獻回顧之建立研究變數與假說關係以建構研究模型,並設計調查問卷收集資料收集。從回收877份有效問卷,採用結構方程模式(SEM)分析整體樣本(模型一)、職業為非軍人(模型二)、軍人(模型三),針對不同模型組合評估在研究架構之研究假說是否有顯著差異,軍人修正後模型(模型四)刪除努力期望、習慣、沉浸體驗,研究發現模型四均有顯著差異。另發現軍人行為意圖及實際行平均數大於非軍人,顯示軍人有更高(強烈)購物需求(意圖)及實際購物行為。從整體樣本分析結果歸納出結論;其中績效期望、努力

期望、社會影響、促成條件、價格價值、習慣、行為意圖、知覺風險等有直接關係影響;另外享樂動機、習慣、經驗、知覺風險有間接關係影響。本研究加入性別及年齡變數後,對實際行為解釋能力82.2%、行為意圖解釋能力75.6%。再以職業、性別、年齡、經驗作為調節變數,分別對45項假設進行干擾,計有9條呈現正向有干擾效果,此可補足研究缺口。本研究考量不同文化背景的成長個體,消費者價值觀、消費能力及消費需求等。本研究分別觀察四個不同的族群,比較研究架構不同的研究模型是否存在有顯著差異,結果發現原研究模型加入沉浸體驗及知覺風險優於其他模型的解釋能力。此外,本研究選擇以多群組比較,將性別、年齡、經驗、收入及職業等五

個不同的族群,分別對十四項假設進行比較。研究發現在性別、年齡、經驗、收入及職業中,不同的環境因素對網購行為具有不同程度影響力,研究發現人口統計變數中女性平均數2.28、網路購物的年資女性平均數3.05、網路購物平均次數3.28、網路瀏覽時數1.80,顯示網路購物變數影響與性別及年齡有關,尤其以女性更為明顯,顯示「女性」非軍人及「女性」軍人網路購物意願較大,「非軍人」接受程度高於「軍人」。以往的研究中似乎忽略了消費心理,有鑑於此,本研究加入消費心理等情境因素,來解釋網購行為。研究發現沉浸體驗在軍中男性士兵平均數3.881、女性平均數4.333為最高,經深度訪談後,發現同階級士兵會在枯燥的環境中,

互相分享網購行為的樂趣。再加以知覺風險,研究發現軍人對知覺風險平均數3.210,高於非軍人平均數3.026,顯示軍人知覺風險程度得到的數據越高,將會阻礙消費者對產品的購買意願;故提升消費者對業者的信任度,避免與預期產生誤差,進而影響到消費者的購物意圖。除此之外,發現價格價值平均數3.810,高於非軍人各構面,顯示在網路購物行為中,軍人重視價格價值高於一切,符合現代愛分享特質及炫耀式消費。本研究結果突破過去強調消費者行為,點出網路購物特質、情緒感染等,軍人會透過社群媒體與他人分享或炫耀,代表網路購物確實已成為軍人生活中密不可分的一部分了。此外,本研究採用統計數據與深度訪談的交叉比對,以訪談說明數

據,以數據整合訪談,互相補充其中的不足,使兩者間能夠相輔相成,相互滲透、相互補充,並作成比較以提高本研究可信度。根據質性資料分析結果顯示,除了驗證本研究模式適用性外,亦發現許多統計上顯著影響「非軍人」與「軍人」網購行為。因此,對於國軍、產業、「非軍人」與「軍人」消費者等網購行為具有一定程度的適用性。最後據此結果,本研究提出學術意涵與實務貢獻。
