外傷是腦損傷的重要原因之一,神經損傷之後續反應尚等待有效的神經保護治療的方法來限制其過程。儘管很多文獻熱烈討論各種生物標的物,大多僅限於TBI動物模式的比較,並且大多生物標的物目前尚缺敏感度和特異性。雖然有些報導顯示生物標的物GFAP,S-100B,cleaved tau,IL-6甚具淺力,其他文獻發現這些生物標的物與損傷嚴重程度缺乏相關性,所以使用價值可能有限。動物行為學模型的現行標準用以評估神經創傷的治療效果。然而,在動物實驗裡對於4R(替代,減少,優化,責任)的堅持使生物標的物的研發更為重要,以提供更可靠,更人性化的動物研究。以生物標的物作為神經保護劑的治療指標也尚需進一步的研究。以大

黃素和氯化鈷作為神經保護治療方式的淺力已曾在一些動物實驗中提及。大黃素萃取於中國傳統藥材,此前曾報導,在腦缺血再灌注損傷之神經保護性是透過谷氨酸誘導的神經元損傷。另外,氯化鈷對缺血性神經損傷的保護作用是透過活化HIF來減少組織的損傷及細胞凋亡。在這份報告中,我們利用不同程度的外傷程度來建立ETK與外傷嚴重性之間的關係。此外,我們利用大黃素和氯化鈷為TBI大鼠提供神經保護作用。並且利用行為模式中所提供的神經保護作用及研究結果分析ETK的濃度與行為的相關性。同時也探討Etk 作為一種治療指標的可能性。

本研究針對新型雙搖臂式汽門機構作初步電腦輔助設計及動態模擬分析,此新型機構是將傳統汽門機構之單搖臂,改良成兩組搖臂,其中第一搖臂組有固定搖臂及調整搖臂;調整搖臂中有調整溝槽,其與一可變控制軸上之調整凸件相接,藉此可經由控制軸之軸向運動來達成可變汽門正時與可變升程。首先以市售125cc機車引擎為基底,利用SolidWorks 軟體適度加以簡化繪製之後,轉匯入機構分析軟體ADAMS裡。先建立基底機構之動態分析,其模擬結果並予實際數據比對調校。接著保留原來凸輪和汽門閥等元件,並將原凸輪曲線做適度比例縮小以及保留原有升程曲線作為基底曲線,來開始設計新型機構。初步設計的重點放在新型第一搖臂與第二搖臂軸

心位置及空間配置,接著是針對第二搖臂的推頂曲面,找出可行之曲面產生法則,再進行機構動態模擬分析與比較,結果將可作為未來發展此新型可變汽門機構之重要參考。
