從創作中傾聽生命的復原力之自我敘說

本研究以「敘事探究」輔以藝術療癒的自我敘說為主要的研究方法。研究進行的主要目的有三：一為，瞭解職場挫折與冷暴力對研究者造成的影響；二為，研究正念融入藝術創作歷程對研究者的療癒經驗；三為，分析正念融入藝術創作及回饋社會的歷程對研究者生命意義的轉化。在沒有目的投入工作的自己，經歷了「心靈的死亡」。忘了好好傾聽與照顧內心深處那個真實的自己，忘了好好愛自己，導致身、心、靈幾乎失衡的狀態，連給出去的愛都是沒有力量的。在職場上釋出的善意，不是被刻意忽略就是被惡意扭曲；以及在傳統華人及原生家庭所教導「以和為貴」，「吃虧就是占便宜」等觀念的影響下，自己只能選擇忍氣吞聲。每一次失落的撞擊，都讓自己的情緒陷落在
黑暗之中，沒有出口，常容易有「自動化」的想法，也因此造成許多夫妻問題、親子問題，甚至感受不到自己的價值。滿腔熱血的自己和失落無助的自己不斷地在拉扯，更因此，讓自己在討好與失落的迴圈裡不斷的轉呀轉，轉不出痛苦的感受。這些都讓自己覺得自己更自卑，情緒沒有出口的憋屈，讓自己覺得沒有人懂自己，更不配擁有愛。人若被看見了、被欣賞了，就擁有了美好的資源經驗（黃士鈞，2012）。透過研究，研究者深切體悟，這個看見與欣賞，可以是自己給予自己。在遇見敘事治療與找回自己熱愛並遺忘許久的繪畫創作，和將正念及進一步深入接觸的阿德勒學說融入創作與生活之中，並藉此從記憶裡，重新看待事件帶給自己的影響與其意義，也藉著創作的
作品與自已對話，從中擁抱自己，看見自己的我能感，給自己鼓勵，賦予自己勇氣改變及學著找到自己的復原力，做到自我疼惜，接納如其所是的自己，並藉著此研究，更了解自己及與從前在職場冷暴力下的自己和解。雖然，冷暴力依然存在，身心安頓後的研究者，不再徬徨無助，可以重新投入更有意義的工作範疇，如帶領讀書會、帶領親師諮詢成長團體及參與生命教育種子培訓，更有系統地將生命教育融入藝文課程等。也藉此，用更正向的力量及感恩的心學習活在當下。希冀研究歷程中的發現與覺察反思、建議，能提供跟自己有類似遭遇或有興趣進一步研究藝術療癒的果效及職場冷暴力對一個人的影響者參考探究。
