本論文旨在開發一具可重組能源支撐機構以風力開關式磁阻發電機為主之直流微電網。首先建立一變頻感應馬達驅動之開關式磁阻發電機及其後接非對稱橋式轉換器,採磁滯電流控制以具快速電流追控性能,且經量化設計之電壓控制器,獲得調節良好之48伏直流標稱輸出電壓。為減少開關式磁阻發電機之反電動勢影響,提出考慮最大可操作功率之換相移位策略,可正常操作於廣速度及負載範圍。另外,再提出一些增能探究,包含:(i) 換相移位對直流鏈電壓漣波之影響,可間接降低發電機之產生轉矩漣波;(ii) 發電機之轉子位置估測,包含換相時刻及窗角設定;以及(iii) 單一相斷路之發電容錯能力。為建立微電網共同直流匯流排電壓(400V),

建構一交錯式直流-直流昇壓轉換器。除良好設計之電流及電壓回授控制器外,加入一輸入電壓前饋控制器,於風力發電機輸出電壓變動下,增快電壓之調節響應速度。為增進微電網之供應可靠性,安裝一包含超電容、電池及開關式磁阻馬達驅動飛輪之混合儲能系統。並裝配一基於維也納切換式整流器之插入式能源支撐機構,以接收可取得之直流、單相及三相交流電源。當風能不足時,微電網可藉此安排,在直流匯流排獲得能源支援。接著,提出一可重組之交錯式昇壓介面轉換器。藉於不同並接轉換器數量進行之穩態特性量測,建立一依速度切換並接數量之交錯式昇壓轉換器,可在廣速度範圍下保有高能源轉換效率。於低風速,甚至風渦輪機停機時,交錯式轉換器可重組,

本研究透過密度泛函理論(Density Functional Theory, DFT)之模擬程序來計算出無鉛壓電陶瓷Ba0.92Ca0.08Ti1-xSnxO3 (BCTS)之材料特性,並探討Sn4+含量之影響。再依據DFT最佳的BCTS模擬結果並使用有限元素法(Finite Element Analysis, FEA)來開發出一個壓電微機電系統(Microelectromechanical Systems, MEMS),其中除了底電極和黏著層厚度之外,最適當的Si基板蝕刻深度也都將會模擬與探討。本文可分為以下兩大部分: Sn4+ 含量對BCTS壓電薄膜之影響利用特殊隨機結構模型(Spec

ial Quasirandom Structures, SQS)設計一個BCTS無序摻雜壓電晶體結構以及仿真BCTS無鉛壓電陶瓷薄膜(x = 0 ~ 0.15),再以X光繞射儀量測實際的BCTS無鉛壓電材料晶相及晶格常數,並與模擬出之數值相互比較。最後則通過有限差分法、密度泛涵微擾理論等方式來計算無鉛壓電薄模之壓電特性、機械性質數值。 BCTS / Pt / Ti / SiO2 / Si無鉛壓電MEMS結構之開發透過Nano-indenter儀器來量測壓電MEMS金屬薄膜(黏著層與底電極層)之機械性質。再導入DFT模擬的最佳壓電薄膜之機械性質,透過有限元素法(FEA)來逐一探討最佳的BCTS

壓電薄膜之厚度、Ti黏著層之厚度與Si基板蝕刻深度。由研究結果數據可得出最佳壓電MEMS結構參數為:黏著層(Ti =50 nm)、底電極層(Pt = 100 nm、Si-Wafer蝕刻深度(30 m)、壓電薄膜層(BCTS = 750 nm ),且最佳無鉛壓電薄模參數為:組成為Ba0.92Ca0.08Ti0.95Sn0.05O3,其中煆燒條件為1200C /4hr。並模擬計算出BCTS薄膜材料為四方晶相且晶格常數a、c各為7.97 Å、12.113 Å,且與實作出壓電陶瓷材料所量得之晶格常數誤差僅6%,模擬之d33為56 pC/N,且 K_33^2 為56%。而在機械性質方面,以VRH近似

獲得各向同性多晶材料之數值,楊氏模數為182.27 GPa、維氏硬度為9.43 GPa。 根據計算數據中,發現添加少量的Sn4+能夠提升壓電特性與介電張量,更增加晶體延展性與有效地降低煆燒溫度;但卻會降低其機電耦合係數與維氏硬度,由於C33彈性模量之數值降低,進而導致機電耦合係數與維氏硬度之數值下降。最後研究出最佳壓電MEMS在未來應用於半導體製程中的探針卡檢測器與壓電式指紋傳感器。
