整合SCARA機械手臂及機器視覺於美妝粉餅自動化產線之可行性分析

在美妝產業中粉餅的製作,需要將鋁皿放入模具中,再經填粉壓實後產出,所以需要自動化整列設備,協助將鋁皿放入模具。但是現在常見的設備利用震動盤進行整列入模,只能適配一兩種形狀的鋁皿,生產彈性較低。為了提升機台通用性,本論文合作廠商前期設計雛型系統以SCARA機械手臂,來自動拿取及放置不同形狀鋁皿於模具中。為了改善雛型系統的速度與精度,本論文進行視覺模組的自建與校正,降低視覺的誤差,以及分析機械手臂系統軟硬體所可能造成的誤差,並且提出改善或是補正之方法,作為後續機台修改之參考。我們新建的視覺軟體模組,藉由結合Basler工業相機控制以及Modbus/TCP通訊,能完成下列的鋁皿特徵辨識:(1)鋁皿

中心定位;(2)鋁皿角度分析;(3)鋁皿凹凸面辨識,並將辨識完成座標結果傳送到手臂控制器。此模組經測試能夠判別鋁皿位置與凹或凸面,且讓手臂只抓取正確物體。手臂準確而穩定的吸取鋁皿是放模成功的關鍵,經實驗過後機械手臂運作時的已知誤差來源有:(1)視覺轉換、定位誤差;(2)鋁皿製造公差;(3)工具校正以及組裝誤差;(4)放料時吸盤旋轉誤差(5)手臂追蹤到位誤差。而放料的模穴大小為26mm×26mm,鋁皿量測大小為22.58mm,所以最大容許放料誤差為1.71mm ((26mm - 22.58mm) / 2),我們估計(1)~(4)的誤差平均值與3倍標準差總和,推估最大放料誤差為2.98mm。若進行

吸盤工具座標校正以排除吸盤裝置偏移時,則預計放料誤差可降為1.68 mm,符合放料精度所需。進一步再多考量(5)的誤差,因為手臂對輸送帶的動態追蹤到位,在兼顧速度與精度下,到點精度範圍須設定為1mm,導致最終放料誤差為2.68 mm,代表仍有可能放料位置超出模具,但在實際操作時,這種極限狀況較少出現。其他影響鋁皿吸取、入模精度的因素,還包含壓力不足、氣壓管拉扯吸盤可動部分、吸嘴變形,所導致的不定的誤差來源,可能會導致手臂吸取或是放料時失誤。而在手臂的運作速度與加速度都調到最高,以及手臂追蹤到位運作精度設定在1mm範圍時,預估最高能在一分鐘完成71片鋁皿的吸取與入模置放。
