,對色情的管制只會造成色情的大量孳生,從而即便色情確實會造成女性的次等地位,管制是徒勞的,這是從言論自由在工具論上的意義來說;C. 一個好的傅柯主義應該包含有知識論和倫理學兩個面向。在知識論面向的部分,這個傅柯主義可以駁斥MacKinnon 的基進女性主義;在倫理學面向的部分,這個傅柯主義的立場會從言論自由道德論據的角度支持R. 摘要本研究旨在了解工作、家庭和婚姻是否會影響臺灣中高齡就業女性,以及區分影響無偶及有偶女性退休因素的差異。基於女性勞動參與率提升,以及女性被社會賦予家庭照顧者的角色之原因,因此運用生命歷程理論作為研究架構,將女性與家庭成員、配偶的生命連結,以及工作到退休的軌跡之概念串連,論述女性之工作、家庭及配偶因素,與依變項為次年是否退出勞動力的關聯性。研究分析採用2017~2018年「人力運用擬-追蹤調查」,共1,620位45~64歲具有勞動力身分女性作為研究對象,透過二項式邏輯斯迴歸分析發現,無偶女性退休決策來源及影響:年齡較高、具有離婚或喪偶身分、有與長輩同住者,選擇退休機會較高;家戶規模較大者,選

擇退休機會較低。有偶女性退休決策來源及影響:年齡較高、配偶經歷退出勞動力市場者,選擇退休機會較高;個人所得較高、家戶規模較大、配偶所得較高者,選擇退休機會較低。綜觀而言,工作、家庭及配偶因素對於中高齡女性退休決策的確發揮了作用,但來自於家庭、配偶的影響因素多過於個人的工作因素,突顯了家庭及配偶條件對於女性退休而言是非常重要的考量。同時,無偶及有偶女性退休決策呈現不同樣貌,代表著不同生命經驗的女性,於選擇退休的動機也有所不同。關鍵字:性別、生命歷程、退休決策
