本研究目的主要探討如何提升運輸物流及倉儲業風險評估體制建立之危害防範,運輸物流及倉儲業工作人員所面臨到,無論是對於保管作業的基層人員或是揀貨、理貨及流通加工的作業人員,和為了客戶進行貨物運送及儲存保管之運輸管理物流人員,均需對自我職掌範圍的工作場域與作業的危害有所認識及防範。本研究以某物流公司營業所員工人數為123人為研究對象,採用我國勞動部公告之『風險評估技術指引』為研究工具,將其討論風險性較高之工作勤務,分為三大類:裝卸貨勤務、晨間作業(24:00~08:00)、外勤勤務,藉由『危害鑑別風險評估表』,依各危害可能造成後果之情境描述:『對應操作工作內容』填入可能潛在『發生危害的原因』+『造

成傷害和有礙健康的後果』,預防或降低危險發生的可能性和降低後果嚴重度所設置或採取相關的設備及措施填入。再評估其嚴重性與可能性,藉由風險等級之分級基準表,找出其控制方法與具體應變改善進行探討處理措施。研究結果,評估風險項目-風險等級【3】以上有:『裝卸貨勤務』-裝卸停/開車作業、尾門作業、移動籠車上/下車作業;『晨間作業』-籠車位移作業、籠車分貨作業、貨物上/下車作業;『外勤勤務』-騎/開車駕駛作業、集配作業-作業面、集配作業-生物性。評估經由採取控制措施之行為之後至降低風險等級【2】之下。然而任何的勞動安全,都建立在制度執行的【落實度】,預防職業災害最有效的方法,就是『消除危害』或『將危害限制

側向控制器內所需車輛參數包括質量、轉動慣量、輪胎轉向剛性、重心到前、後軸之距離,而當車輛負載發生變化時,這些參數同樣會發生變化,特別是載重變化大的車輛。本文針對物流車因貨物產生載重變化時,提出一套車輛參數估測器,包括輪胎縱向力估測、輪胎側向力估測、質量估測、輪胎側滑角估測、偏航轉動慣量估測、輪胎轉向剛性估測。本文利用估測所獲得之車輛參數更新模型預測控制器內的模型,以提升車輛軌跡追隨的側向控制性能及強健性。藉由車輛動態軟體CarSim建立測試車輛模型,驗證所提出之演算法,模擬結果顯示所提出之演算法能夠有效在車輛載重變化發生時,進行車輛參數估測,提升車輛側向控制性能。本文並進行實車測試,實驗結果

確認本文所提出之演算法能有效估測出車輛參數,並能成功完成車道追隨之測試。
