探討棕色脂肪細胞中第三型血清澱粉樣蛋白在小鼠攝食誘導的產熱機轉中所扮演的角色

近年研究發現,棕色脂肪組織除冷刺激外也參與攝食誘導的適應性產熱作用。本實驗利用專一性棕色脂肪細胞剔除SAA3小鼠(UCP1-SAA3基因剔除鼠)來探討SAA3是否參與小鼠的攝食誘導產熱作用及影響總能量消耗,最後利用棕色脂肪前驅細胞株 (WT-1)及全身性剔除SAA3小鼠的初級棕色脂肪 細胞 探討其機轉。動物實驗結果 顯示UCP1-SAA3基因剔除鼠與對照組小鼠相比, 在空 腹時期能量消耗無顯著差異,但在隨意餵食和空腹後再餵食中,總能量消耗及攝食誘導的產熱作用皆顯著降低。此外,我們發現再餵食後 UCP1-SAA3基因剔除鼠的棕色脂肪組織的 UCP1產熱蛋白表現降低,吸收組織外游離脂肪酸和葡萄糖

功能增加且脂肪酸生合成途徑亦增加。然而 三酸甘油脂含量顯著 降低 且脂解作用沒有顯著差異 。 高脂飼料餵食十四天後的 UCP1-SAA3基因 剔除 鼠 不僅體重顯著高於對照組小鼠,其總能量消耗 顯著低於對照組與其正常飼料組別 。 WT-1細胞在無血清或不同葡萄糖和胰島素之培養基中放置 24小時後結果顯示胰島素濃度可顯著誘發 SAA3和UCP1蛋白表現量皆增加,但利用全身性剔除SAA3小鼠的初代細胞中,再給予胰島素後,UCP1表現量並無增加 。根據目前實驗結果顯示, 飯後血中胰島素濃度升高可能經由刺激 棕色脂肪細胞SAA3活性參與小鼠 飯後攝食誘導的產熱作用,其機轉可能與調控棕色脂肪組織中的脂解

作用 及 UCP1依賴 適應性產熱作用有關進而影響總能量消耗。

循環經濟與永續平衡計分卡指標之研究-以台灣製造業為例

隨著全球暖化與氣候變遷、能源安全與使用與環境汙染之議題,永續發展與循環經濟越來越受到各界之嚴重關切。經由政府公開資料,了解了國內經濟市場與活動所使用的能源狀況與事業廢棄物的比例,我國絕大多數能源經由進口,且九成以上為一次性化石燃料,無法重複再利用,並造成全球環境的破壞,而在事業廢棄物中,只有約14%可以再利用,並且我國多數的經濟活動,由中小企業提供產值,將要探討國內大企業與中小企業對於循環經濟與用續平衡計分卡指標的看法,認為指標的重要性與導入循環經濟的主要關鍵因素與次要關鍵因素。本研究進行相關文獻探討,彙整循環經濟、永續平衡計分卡的文獻,提出9R循環經濟以及永續平衡計分卡架構與指標,循環經濟

的R架構使用十種策略,永續平衡計分卡的五個架構。以文獻彙整的指標,使用模糊德爾菲篩選重要的指標,並進行循環經濟以及永續平衡計分卡指標的重要性與績效評估。後續使用灰色理論方法得到循環經濟重要性的明確值,再運用灰VIKOR方法分類企業的永續績效之高低,作為後續約略集合方法的決策變數,並排序各指標的重要性與績效值並進行比較分析。最後使用約略集合分析與績效決策變數,運用敏感度分析循環經濟的主要關鍵因素與次要關鍵因素。本研究最終結果顯示,在主要關鍵因素上,可以發現提升永續績效的最主要與最重要的循環經濟指標為R0拒絕構面的指標,其次是R1減少、R2轉售/重複使用、R6重用(重新思考)等指標,在次要因素方面

,可以發現,高度集中於R7回收材料、R8恢復(能量)。
