為了解決隱形眼鏡保養液7-11的問題,作者曹苡菲 這樣論述:

過去幾年中,近視人口逐漸增加,目前控制近視方式包含眼鏡鏡片、軟式隱形眼鏡、藥劑(atropine and pirenzepine)以及角膜塑型片,其中角膜塑型片是一種夜間配戴治療透氣性鏡片,目的是在沒有隱形眼鏡或眼鏡的情況下,藉由改變角膜輪廓,減少患者白天屈光不正現象,以提供白天不戴眼鏡的清晰視野。夜間配戴淚液無法藉由眨眼來代謝,因此降低眼球表面抵抗力,讓淚液蛋白和脂質需吸附於角膜塑型片上,而角膜塑型片一旦清洗不乾淨,造成淚液蛋白和脂質吸附引起過敏反應與不適感,除了使配戴者感到不適之外,還會影響角膜塑型片原本光學特性,使鏡片規格和性質改變,影響視力矯正效果。為了探討角膜塑型片對淚液蛋白與脂質

吸附的效應,與隱形眼鏡保養液與淚液蛋白、脂質對於角膜塑型片光學性質的影響。本研究利用體外蛋白質定量測試法、酵素免疫分析法以及眼科光學儀器,量化淚液蛋白、脂質與隱形眼鏡保養液對角膜塑型片吸附與清潔能力以及保養液清潔後之光學特性,以了解清潔後角膜塑型片上淚液蛋白與脂質之吸附量與光學性質。
