以計畫行為理論探討老年人使用智慧型手機行為研究

高齡化世代及網際網路的普及化，使用智慧型手機比率攀升，長時間使用智慧型手機也成為了現代面臨的問題，本研究將深入探討老年人在使用智慧型手機行為上的意圖，運用計畫行為理論了解老年人使用智慧型手機不同的面相，並且發放網路及實體問卷，進行資料蒐集60歲以上的老年人，最後共蒐集到了268份有效問卷，問卷內容包含個人基本資料、使用智慧型手機功能特性、態度、主觀規範、知覺控制行為、行為意圖五部分。所得資料以SPSS 23版統計分析軟體進行描述、t檢定、變異數、相關分析。最後所得結果，在抽樣5位老年人進行深度訪談。以上問卷結果如下：使用智慧型手機以男性大於女性，且t檢定結果顯示與主觀規範呈現顯著相關；教育

程度以大學/專為最多且與主觀規範呈現顯著相關；智慧型手機使用用途以Line為最主要使用軟體且利用變異數分析與知覺行為達到顯著相關；手機使用次數以每天好幾次為主，且與態度、主觀規範、知覺控制行為、行為意圖皆呈現顯著相關；而次數方面與態度、主觀規範、知覺行為、行為意圖為顯著相關，且一天最多以2-3小時時間，而藉由深度訪談結果可以得知老年人因為年紀增長、視力老花所導致，並不會像年輕人一樣過度使用智慧型手機，但雖然老年人使用時間不長，但研究結果卻顯示老年人依然還是使用網路吃到飽，而本研究老年人之工作狀態及職業結果皆無顯著差異，訪談結果也顯示老年人期望未來多增加健康及保健資訊連結，讓老年人能在第一時間詢

問相關問題或是適時的省視自身健康狀態。　　上述結果可以提供日後相關研究者及相關銀髮單位，如有針對老年人在使用智慧型手機相關研究或是改善問題，都可以更加加強在老年人連結健康資訊，或許可以和醫院共同創設Line群組，增加更多老年人健康衛教認知，更確切的把關老年人應有的網際網路世代下使用智慧型手機更多的知識認知。
