As a result, it is important to understand which factors have the greatest impact on a player's decision to purchase a virtual item so that they could design a system that maximizes revenue.The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of chara

cter competency, monetary value, aesthetics, enjoyment, participation, and prestige on Indonesian users’ purchase intention. This study used descriptive statistics and analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis to analyze the data gathered through an online questionnaire involv

ing 317 Indonesians. The result shows that participation, enjoyment, and monetary value have the most explanatory power in affecting purchase intention, followed by aesthetics and character competency, while prestige can be seen not to have a significant influence on purchase intention.The study sug

gests that most of the respondents are willing to purchase virtual items if the item can increase the perceived ability to assist develop, maintain, and enhance interpersonal connections, the fun of playing games or if they perceived the item as cost-effective. Hence, developers can focus on designi

ng virtual items that satisfy those factors.

心累了嗎?職場上的疲累往往是因為強迫自己微笑或控制好自己臉部表情與情緒。因應顧客至上,情緒勞務已無法杜絕或避免,如何在家庭生活和工作之間取得平衡是工作者必須面臨的難題。如何有效管理變動修正員工職場上所展現該職業之專業情緒,值得企業深究。過往文獻針對情緒勞務多鎖定特定職業對象探討,本研究則探討一般民眾之情緒勞務及工作家庭衝突對職業倦怠的關係,並以社會資本探討其在工作家庭衝突與職業倦怠之間是否產生干擾影響,以及探討工作家庭衝突是否會對情緒勞務與職業倦怠之間產生中介的影響。本研究採網路問卷回收有效問卷共280份,結果如下:一、情緒勞務對工作家庭衝突具有顯著正向的影響。二、工作家庭衝突對職業倦怠具有

顯著正向的影響。三、情緒勞務在職業倦怠具有顯著正向的影響。四、工作家庭衝突在情緒勞務與社會資本之間有中介的影響。另,發現:21~30歲的研究樣本其情緒勞務顯著性大於31~40歲者;未婚單身者之情緒勞務與職業倦怠顯著性大於已婚有小孩者;20歲以下者的工作家庭衝突與職業倦怠均顯著性大於41~50歲及51~60歲樣本;高中(職)畢業者的工作家庭衝突顯著性大於專科畢業者;基層員工的職業倦怠與社會資本均顯著大於高階幹部的研究樣本。研究結果希冀提供企業思索人力資源管理時參考,期望企業與員工共同打造共享共榮的工作環境。
