法治教育融入國民中學公民與社會科教學實施之研究—以一所新北市私立完全中學國中部為例

多數的民主國家中，用法律治理國家為世界各國依循的準則，如何讓法治國的精神能夠在人民的心中深刻留下印記，我國的教育係透過法治教育融入國民中學試圖讓國中生能夠養成知法守法的好習慣。本研究採用量化測驗與訪談進行研究，以2個國二數理班群的學生為研究對象。本研究發現，法治教育的輔助能夠強化現階段學生對於權利法規的重視，當法治教育成功融入課程時，可以對學生的自我行為產生約束效應，另外，結合法治教育的教學有助於學生成為守法的好國民，最後，學生的自我行為也能形成約束效應，學生藉由一些較生活化的情境與法學理論進行結合，同時能夠加以運用的時候，面對國中階段學生所必須具備的基本法學理論，展現出良好的學習成效。

公民遠見教學方案實施成效之行動研究—以「當媽祖遇上防疫」議題為例

媽祖遶境是台灣民間重要的信仰活動，而在遶境活動前爆發新冠肺炎的疫情，該不該繼續舉辦遶境活動，從不同的角色中會有不同的看法，透過高峰會的活動，學生扮演不同的角色，從中體會各種角色的立場與觀點。本研究旨在探討「公民遠見教學方案實施成效」之行動研究，以「當媽祖遇上防疫」議題為例，探討教學方案的發展歷程、面臨的困境與調整的方式，從中了解教學方案實施後，學生在換位思考與未來思維能力的表現情形，以探究教師在教學方案實施中的成長與省思。本研究採用行動研究法，依據公民遠見四向度的學習表現基礎能力，融入換位思考與未來思維能力，並以公民行動取向課程設計的教學方案，以研究者任教的四年級學生作為研究對象，在每週二公
民素養課程中實施共計三十二節。在課程實施歷程中，採用錄音、錄影拍攝、教學省思紀錄、協同教師訪談、學生學習單等質性資料進行描述與詮釋。歸納研究結果發現：一、本教學方案有助於培養學生換位思考的能力。二、本教學方案有助於學生培養學生未來思維的能力並提出行動計畫。三、本教學方案有助於提升學生對於社會議題的關懷與探究。透過此公民遠見教學方案，教師之教學成長與省思如下：一、教學設計融入換位思考與未來思維能力之教學元素，能啟發學生的多元思維。二、協同教學模式及引導式教學策略能增進教師專業成長。三、提問設計要能以不同層次之問題探究，引導學生高層次的深度思考。四、增進社會議題的同理與關懷，運用未來思維參與公共事
