隨著時代的轉變,性別平等意識提高,世界各國對兩性平權越來越重視。近年來國內有關女性從軍議題的研究日益增多,但切入探討的主題略有所不同。本研究係以我國海軍女性兵科軍官為研究對象,以計畫行為理論透過文獻分析法與問卷調查法來了解女性軍官的派任軍艦職務的意圖。研究結果發現:一、計畫行為理論的預測力在本研究中獲得支持,可用於解釋我國女性兵科軍官派任艦艇意圖的影響因素。二、我國海軍女性兵科軍官在職場工作仍舊面臨傳統的壓力與挑戰,以致在行為態度表現上呈現猶豫之現象,對於投入艦艇工作缺乏信心與意願。三、我國海軍女性兵科軍官投入軍艦工作的行為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制,分別都會影響行為意圖。四、年齡及畢業班
